Good for skin
I found this one better than other Omega-3 products. Omega-3 is good for skin and ordered it for acne problems. This doesn’t totally stop acne from coming but I saw some improvement and also felt some glow in my skin.I am on my 2nd bottle now and will be using it as a health supplements as it also helps with joints and more importantly good for brain health.

I take Omega 3 with my Collagen suppliment. I like that this Omega 3 is vegan and does not have the nasty after taste of fish oil. The gel caps are a little bit large but do go down easy with water because they are not hard pills. If you are sensitive to swallowing large capsules, you may want to get a smaller, less potent capsule and take 2 of those. I like Nture Made products because their brands are independently reviewed for quailty.

I have a busy lifestyle and exercise hard and so I like to make sure I am getting the right nutrition. The scientific jury is still out on whether taking daily vitamins will help stay healthy and because its very hard to prove any dietary supplement is good for you this proof will probably never come. These pills are easy to swallow and I think they have helped. I take them because of my skin and sebum production. Moisturize from the inside and get alpha-linoleic acid and whatnot. I will most likely repurchase. They are way better than other oils I have tried.
