Good price for the 1400mg. I take a few supplements including a multi daily, but after watching TV ads, you would come away thinking that you should take so many supplements that that is all you would be able to do in a day, is pop pills. The only drawback to the oil supplements, is that you should be careful what time of the year they ship, as the heat will melt them together. This shipment was close, and went in the fridge to cool off.

We can’t get all the Vitamins minerals and proteins as we elxclude most of the things from our diet so taking these as tablets can do wonders for our bodies and overall health. Useful and effective but needs some improvement
I have used veg capsules for Omega 3 for the first time else I always had fish oil capsules for the same. It’s a very useful supplement for vegetarians & vegans. Regular usage certainly helps in building overall good health but my only concern is that the amount of Omega 3,6,9 is not sufficient in a capsules to meet body’s daily requirement being just 250mg, 150mg and 150mg respectively. Also, the refined form of Borage oil and Olive oil is in the capsules for Omega 6 & 9. So for these reasons, I would give it 4 stars. Rest, I use a lot of Dr. Vedi supplements and sports & workout related products and am satisfied with it. All I can say is Dr. Vedi should work & improve on these points for the Omega 369 supplements.
