Calcium supplements have gotten very common, so manufacturers have started adding other compounds to differentiate. That said, the relevancy and the amount of the content matters and that is where Dr. Vedi nails this product. Quantities of all ingredients are sufficient. It is divided into two tablets but that’s good because if you are already consuming cheese/paneer or dairy products on a particular day, you can skip the second tablet and just take one. Plus due to the heavy weight of the compounds, if they were to go with just one pill it would be hard to swallow. The main differentiator other than the good composition of compounds is brand value and cost. A great addition to my stack for sure. Has synergistic additions to calcium which makes it a complete supplement. I do wish the menaquinone (K2 mk7) value was higher, maybe we can see that in the next version.

This product will help you in getting Vitamin D. The drawback is too huge size of tablet. SO kids will certainly not take it. The flavour is also unpleasant.
