I have had trouble sleeping because of leg cramps in my feet and calves at night. It is so bad, I have to get up and walk around in order for the cramps to go away. Effective but too big in size
Great supplement to keep you fresh all day long and maintain healthy bone strength. However, the size of the tablet is huge and gets stuck to my throat. Even with half the size it’s kind of big to gulp it down with water. Should look at a reasonable size.
