This is must for someone who wants to increase calcium levels. Only reason i am cutting on one star is that dosage should be in 500 IU tablets because it is not recommended to take more than 500 IU at a time. Otherwise all good.

Great supplement to keep you fresh all day long and maintain healthy bone strength. However, the size of the tablet is huge and gets stuck to my throat. Even with half the size it’s kind of big to gulp it down with water. Should look at a reasonable size.
