After childbirth dealing with backpain and some other vitamin deficiencies since last few years. So was searching for a multivitamin that fulfills all the needs for a healthy life. Found this week’s ago and using it for the last few days. It will take sometime to give the results anyway. But I can say I got a bit of relief from backache. Also dealing with worse hairfall. Hope this helps if it is because of vitamins. Tablets were bit big so bit hard to swallow.

It’s always hard to quantify the real effect of multivitamins on one’s health, but I’ve been taking Centrum consistently for about a year now, and I’ve noticed a decent improvement in my all-around health, whether it’s the more visible things like a strengthening in my bones, skin, nails, and more internal aspects like an increase in overall energy throughout the day. Loved purple colour of medicine. I buy Centrum multivitamins and it’s a great value, with a this bottle that lasts me over a month. N it’s easy to count monthly.

It’s an all embracing multivitamin supporting skin radiance with vital nutrients for immunity and strong bones. One bottle contains 30 tablets, one for each day. After a certain age, women , have the habit of multitasking, managing their House hold and office work together along with taking care of family and kids.
