This is a five star product for me as it is multivitamins plus multiminerals which is actually very rare combination. I got the reference from my family members and it’s a great multi vitamin supplement.I definitely felt more alive and like I could do a lot more in a day. Waking up with a positive mindset ready for the day rather than unhappy and groggy. Earlier I was feeling like lethargic, dizzy all the time, fatigue but now after taking this pills for more than a week, i really noticed difference in myself. Now, i am more energetic, immunity levels has increased, mood is stable, muscles are getting better, less or no cramps and above all, health is getting better day by day as this supplements overcome minor deficiency of vitamins and minerals in our body.Coming to the size of tablet, yeah, it is large but you can swallow it once with cup of water after your meals. It is tasteless and hence no issue of bitterness in pills. It is 100% vegetarian product and plant based too.

I ordered this tabs second time. As usual in a man’s hectic schedule, I was looking for such supplement for daily purpose. I started first day with one tablet. I felt energetic in my body throughout day. After taking it I can say this tablet is so much effective and every man who have much work load they must try.These multivitamin tablets are so healthy to consume. I was looking for some supplements that would fulfill the nutrition requirements. Daily routine food does not provide with all the nutrients, which is provided by these tablets. It has come in my routine to have it after breakfast. It is some different as it is made Plant based. It is very good for overall health.

Doesn’t bloat. Didn’t see any difference and that’s normal for any multivitamin tablet. All good nutrition composition wise. It ticks all my requirements. Please pick gender specific. As of now the price is on higher side but any further increase isn’t worth it as this is not completely 100% non-synthetic based. 1 request to manufacturers, please lower the price with same composition. No need to hire expensive celebrities to endorse and we consumers know clearly that those advertisement cost is finally pasted on buyers! Your product is global accepted as good.. Please make it affordable with same composition. Do good at affordable price. Please.

My doctor advised me to take multivitamin supplements. I ordered this product. This is quite big in size in comparison to other capsules but not difficult to swallow. It has no bad after taste like other multivitamins i had had earlier. After adding these capsules in my routine I don’t feel lethargic anymore. I feel more energetic. I would recommend this. Overall quality product. But it would have been best in the market if it has combination of retinol + beta-carotene instead of only retinol. Likewise Vit. D3 and Vti.K2-7 instead of D2 and K1 respectively.

Good multivitamin from a very renowned brand
Took it for a month and no side effects. It has almost every essential vitamins in it. Taste is also fine. Though it might be a bit costly for many people but it’s quality is right at the top. If you want to buy a cheaper one, then there are other alternatives also. Overall satisfied with Centrum multivitamin!

Not a big fan of supplements though but this brand seems good. Centrum is a famous brand so thought of giving a try and I gifted this to my brother. He is in early 30s and he seems enjoying his extra healthcare regime.
