Multivitamins for good health
After taking the pills for a week now my husband feels less lethargic and more energetic, no more pain in the body no more retardness he is more active all day long because his body is no more in aching zone . The tablets are not bad in flavour and quite easy to swallow, its like a habit for him these multivitamins actually worked for my husband

Find more suited than the other 2 variants
I’m a 60+ person. Have tried all the 3 variants available in Indian markets namely, Centrum for Men, Women and for 50+ adults. Find Men’s variant having minimum or no negative side effects. The Women’s variety makes me a bit drowsy & sluggish and the adult’s variety even more so, for about 2 hrs after consuming. With Men’s variety, I feel quite fresh during the day. I have no logical explanation for the difference felt by me since all the 3 variants have practically the same ingredients but for one additional supplement in miniscule quantity which is different for each variant. So, I should add a caveat here that my experience may not hold good for others.

Amazing product
This is a five star product for me as it is multivitamins plus multiminerals which is actually very rare combination. I got the reference from my family members and it’s a great multi vitamin supplement.I definitely felt more alive and like I could do a lot more in a day. Waking up with a positive mindset ready for the day rather than unhappy and groggy. Earlier I was feeling like lethargic, dizzy all the time, fatigue but now after taking this pills for more than a week, i really noticed difference in myself. Now, i am more energetic, immunity levels has increased, mood is stable, muscles are getting better, less or no cramps and above all, health is getting better day by day as this supplements overcome minor deficiency of vitamins and minerals in our body.Coming to the size of tablet, yeah, it is large but you can swallow it once with cup of water after your meals. It is tasteless and hence no issue of bitterness in pills. It is 100% vegetarian product and plant based too.

Tried this multivitamin and multimineral supplement from Centrum on a family friend’s suggestion and I can say it is helping me. Can say it works – don’t see any drastic benefits though
I am deficient on B12 and insufficient on Vit D. I have been taking these for two months now. There is an increase in both parameters after blood tests. I am still deficient in these parameters so the absorption rate is relatively low. So these work. I intend to keep taking them as I haven’t noticed any adverse effects.

Good combination of multivitamins & multiminerals
I am not an expert to certify but what i feel is that, it’s a good combination of required multivitains and of multiminerals in one tablet. Earlier I used to consume multiple tblet for different different vitamins. Now I use only one and which has most required vitamin like calcium, vitamin c, B12 etc for me. I don’t know what sorts of long term effect would be but I feel energised after using this. Price point is also good with these combinations. The tablet size is little bigger but I think comfortable in swallowing. It’s a tasteless. I am using this one tablet daily.
