Me and my husband is taking omega 3 supplements for past 1 month and really has many positive results such as our blood pressure is in control, even hair & skin has improved over all. Also I had high cholesterol so it’s under control now good for heart. Doesnt have bad smell just swallow it with water after lunch take once a day

This is very good multivitamins. These are specially made for 50+ people. In 50+ age it is challenging to stay healthy and fit for our parents. I got this for my mother. She was suffering from knee pain since 2 years. She has been taking it now for a week and there is a noticeable changes. She can easily walk. She left her previous multivitamins now. I was looking for a good health supplement for my parents, both in their late 50s as a part of their daily diet which along with their food would provide them with the benefits of added nutrients which are otherwise lost due to age related issues for their overall good health and immunity. My parents have been taking these multivitamin and multimineral tablets for sometime now and I’m quite satisfied with the results. As my dad is a heart patient I needed to choose a supplement which would support his heart health. The best part is that the product is gluten free by nature and hundred percent vegetarian. The tablets are easy to swallow for the elderly and has the goodness of all the essential vitamins and minerals required by the body at this age, including calcium and D3 for stronger bones and joints along with boswellia serrata extract for strengthening the immune system. They usually take one tablet each day every morning after breakfast for better absorption of the vitamins and minerals in the body.

I was recommended this product by my doctor. I am a fairly active person and workout atleast 3 day’s a week. I did have some mild pain in my left knee and when I got tested, while my vitamin levels were within range, they were on the lower side. My doctor recommended this product. As he explained, while our vitamin and mineral levels also decrease with age, so do our calorific needs and metabolism. Our diet is not enough to provide all the nutrients we need and hence one should start using supplements when early signs show up. Besides, just one tablet a day is enough. This product is well known even outside India and given the proliferation of supplements, I would anyday trust a well known brand from GSK , which is recommended by my doctor. While I have been having this only for a week, my knee pain has improved enough to not be a deterrent.

Good multivitamins for seniors.
I bought these for my father. He has arthritis since long and has knee pains too. Centrum provides pain relief and helps with bones. He has been using it for few days and says he feels little relief. With longer use I’m sure he will feel much better. Specially in winters the pain in joints increases and he says he is feeling relief and also feels energetic. He is happy with these multivitamins . The pills are easy to swallow and have no flavour.
