improvement in overall health and stamina
been taking a pill regularly since i got it (maybe missing a day or two in-between). i think there’s been an improvement in my energy levels and stamina. i’ve been able to do a lot more heavy work for longer as compared to earlier (when i didn’t use to take any supplements of any kind) without getting tired easily. the changes have been noticed by other people and they’ve started taking it too so that’s saying something. not sure if these are the best ones out there but they did work well for me as someone who’s just started taking supplements.one complain i’d have is that their packaging is always kind of subpar quality. i’ve seen multiple people complain about the underside of the cap and i noticed it too.
