Let’s understand Calcium: -It is the most abundant mineral in the body. 99% of calcium in the body is found in the hard body tissues such bones and teeth with the rest is distributed in the blood, muscles, liver & heart. Well known for it’s role in Bone strength & density but it is actually required for the working of many other systems in the body. Bone is not just a storehouse of calcium but helps to maintain calcium levels in the blood. Hence there is constant exchange of calcium between the blood & the bones.Comes in two form – Calcium citrate malate (CCM) & Calcium carbonate. CCM is absorbed better than Calcium carbonate. Now this supplement comes in CCM form as per their nutritional information which made me buy. Good option to buy if you consider per tablet cost because it’s cheap and whenever a pricing of product is cheap, I always doubt on the quality because true quality always comes with a price. But I personally used it for more than 6 months, I found pretty much good results in my bone strength & density. I personally would recommend one can try it.(Precautionary note: – buy any supplements only if you have sufficient knowledge or if you are a professional from nutrition background or if you are doctor)

Great for pain in knees
I suffer from pain in my calf muscles and knees sometimes because of dancing a lot ..i used this for 3 days and noticeably could sleep better and wake up a lot more fresh without any pain.. hoping for the pain to completely go away
