Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates
Shipping Charges for all orders in India is or Shipping Charges may vary by Pincode or location (Minimum Standard Shipping Charge is 40 Rs.). For all Interactional orders from Outside India, shipping will be Calculated at Checkout based on the total weight and destination of the items in your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on National holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
a). Guaranteed Delivery Within 2 Days to 3 working Days in Metro Cities
b). Rest of Indian Cities delivery time 4 to 5 Days.
c). North-east Zones & Jammu- Kashmir may take 7 to 9 Days.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
